What have I been missing?

Out of all the theme parks I had been too, I never experienced or heard of a funnel cake. This deep fried, sugar laden dough is a theme park staple. In this photo, you can barely see the fried chocolate cake because it's sopping with hot fudge sauce, ice cream and whipped cream. The best part is the cake is served pipping hot because it comes straight from the fat frier. Kaia and I only made it through half of this low-cal treat. After we were done, I had a sugar headache and a stomach ache and Kaia ran around with a crazed look in her eye.

I don't know what a funnel cake is either Summer. I guess we didn't hang out at enough fairs.

Jon and I felt great!!! We love funnel cakes. You should try the regular ones. They just come with powdered sugar!

Kaia and I will be going back for seconds this Wednesday. We'll have to try the regular one. Deep fried cake tastes good served any way I think.
