Easy Fruit Sorbet

If you're looking for something sweet, refreshing and healthy, this is it!

This sorbet is so simple to make and you can use any frozen fruit you like. I chose mango and raspberry sorbet and they were both delicious!

Take one 12 oz bag of your favorite frozen fruit and place it in a food processor. Pulse fruit until coarsely chopped. While machine is running, add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar. Pulse until smooth. Freeze until firm. That's it!

Fruit Sorbet
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 bag (12 ounces) frozen berries or fruit

Stir together water and sugar until sugar dissolves.

Pulse fruit in a food processor until coarsely chopped. While machine is running, pour in sugar-water; pulse until mixture is smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.

* Tips: You could also add lime, lemon or grapefruit zest/juice... or ginger for a nice kick!
