Guacamole!

There's not much that beats a bowl of fresh guacamole made with perfectly ripe avocados and some crunchy, salty chips to scoop up all the yummy green goodness. This guacamole has diced onions, tomatoes, fresh garlic and cilantro and lime juice for the perfect balance of flavors and textures. If you like guacamole, give this tasty version a try. It's delicious!

Guacamole
3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 lime, juiced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Mash avocados in a bowl with a fork (I like to leave them partly chunky). Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour with plastic wrap pressed against the guacamole to keep it from browning.

I made your quacamole, but I used a bag of guacamole instead of fresh avacados. I didn't have any onions, but did use roma tomatoes, cumin and cayenne pepper and a lime juiced. I used garlic salt instead of garlic. My husband doesn't like cilantro so I left it out. Your guacamole recipe was awesome!

This is a fantastic recipe! So fresh and flavorful. Served this at a barbecue and it was a big hit. I assume 'just kidding' is just that. :)
