I had catering job for twenty five people over the weekend.

 On the Menu:
Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions
Lemon Quinoa Salad
Cocoa Blossoms
Mini Fruit Tarts

Love the idea of the mini fruit tarts. Did you use a short bread crust or a sugar cookie crust?

I did a sugar cookie crust.

Since mini tarts seem to be a party favorite, I need to get mini fluted tart pans. The small muffin pans just don't turn out as pretty of tarts.
