Cooking Club: April

Theme: Fondue!

Judi(host): Homemade Marshmallows, Brownies, 70's Punch
Susan: Cheddar Pot and Oil Pot
Linda: Swiss Cheese Pot
Betty: Milk Chocolate Pot
Summer: Peanut Butter Balls
Shauna: Blanched Broccoli and Cauliflower, Shrimp
Gale: Bagel Chunks
Jodi: Strawberries, Bananas, Apples, Pears
Teresa: Cubed Cheese 
Chris: Meat Skewers and Dipping Sauce

Lets start with dessert first!

Creamy milk chocolate fondue. So good!   
 And tasty treats to dip in the chocolate goodness

 Peanut Butter Balls
These were excellent dipped in the chocolate.
Cheddar cheese fondue
 Swiss cheese fondue with white wine and garlic. Oh yeah!
 Baked potato wedges. Very different and so tasty in the cheese sauces.
 Bagel chunks
Blanched Veggies

Not Pictured: Oil Pot with Steak Skewers and Shrimp dipped in tempura batter. Very yummy. And three dipping sauces for the cooked meat/seafood!
