2 Pots of Chili (veg. and meat)
(monster guts)
Each year we usually have a few pots of soup bubbling away in crock pots on the counter (vegetable noodle, green chicken chili, chicken pot pie, minestrone, pumpkin corn chowder...). But this year, we might change it up a bit and do a couple of different types of chili and serve it along side a pot of hot nacho cheese and all the fixings. Yum!(monster guts)
Nacho Bar (Warm Ear Wax)
Love this idea!
This goes so well with a simmering pot of chili. Bubbling Nacho Cheese in a crock pot served with 'make-it-yourself' toppings like sour cream, sliced jalapenos, diced onion, chopped tomatoes, chives, etc. Everyone can mix and match and make their own. How yummy would nachos be with a nice scoop of chili on them?!Love this idea!
